精华制药：海安瑞海拟减持不超2%股份

证券时报e公司讯，精华制药(002349)4月29日晚间公告，股东海安瑞海城镇化投资建设有限公司（简称“海安瑞海”）计划通过集中竞价方式合计减持公司股份不超过1628.36万股（不超过公司总股份的2%），将自5月26日起的6个月内进行，且任意连续90日内减持股份的总数不超过公司总股本的1%。
