路畅科技：要约收购期限届满 股票复牌

证券时报e公司讯，路畅科技(002813)5月9日晚间公告，目前，中联重科本次要约收购期限已经届满，在3月31日至4月29日要约收购期限内，最终有6个账户，共计2859.675万股股份接受收购人发出的要约。公司股票将于5月10日开市起复牌。本次要约收购完成后，公司股权分布符合上市条件，上市地位不受影响。
