紫金矿业：拟76.82亿元收购拉果错盐湖锂矿70%权益等资产

中证网讯（记者 张军）紫金矿业4月29日晚间公告，与盾安控股集团有限公司（以下简称“盾安集团”）、浙商银行杭州分行签署《合作协议书》，公司拟出资收购盾安集团旗下四项资产包（包括西藏阿里拉果错盐湖锂矿70%权益等），作价76.82亿元。
